Carpet cleaning isn't one-size-fits-all — wool and synthetic carpets need different treatment, and even within synthetics, the right approach and the right products vary. How long a stain's been there and what caused it both affect whether it can actually be lifted out. Getting this wrong can set a stain permanently or damage the carpet itself.

We do carpet spot cleaning for both residential and commercial clients — typically a room or a couple of rooms rather than a full house, since whole-house carpet cleaning is its own specialised job. We've had plenty of results where clients didn't think a stain could come out — and sometimes, honestly, neither did we — but we managed it anyway.
