Annie's Story

Annie Gawn has been cleaning in Cairns for over seventeen years, and she's still on the tools herself, every week, alongside her team.

Some of her clients have been with her for five years or more. Others have left Cairns for a while — doctors posted elsewhere for further study, professionals relocated for work — and the first thing they do when they're back is ring Annie to pick up where they left off.

Like most businesses, the 2019–2020 period was hard, and some clients couldn't continue with us through that time. The genuinely great part has been watching those businesses recover and come back to ask us to clean for them again — and we value that more than we can say.

Most of our clients come to us through recommendations from other clients. Often it starts with a commercial premises — someone works in an office we clean, likes what they see, and asks us to look after their home too. That's how Annie's Cleaning Services has grown, year after year: hard work, and treating every house like it's our own. Many of our clients have become almost like an extended family to us — we've known some of them for so long, and they're just such fantastic people to work for.

Maybe you're reading this because cleaning isn't something you enjoy, or simply isn't something you have time for anymore. Whatever the reason, that's exactly where we come in — to take that weight off your shoulders, so you can stop thinking about it week to week and just come home to a clean, tidy house after a hard day.

If that sounds like what you need, get in touch with Annie's Cleaning Services today.
